What Is Easy Muslim Mentorship?

This mentorship is designed to support people who are:

  • exploring Islam, or

  • newly Muslim and building their foundations

It’s a calm, grounded support system based on clarity, consistency, and good character.

Your Role as a mentor

As a mentor, you will:

  • Support someone exploring Islam or newly Muslim

  • Help establish the core foundations: Shahadah, Prayer, Ramadan

  • Check in consistently

  • Offer reassurance and honest answers

  • Build a real connection (online first, with an option for in-person meet-ups).

Clear Boundaries (Very Important)

  • Same-sex mentorship only
    Men mentor men. Women mentor women.

  • Clear boundaries and respectful communication

  • Mentorship is not debate, argument, or online “drama”

You Don’t Need to Be a Scholar

But you do need:

  • sincerity

  • steadiness

  • emotional maturity

  • a commitment to good character

Who This Is For?

This is for you if you are:

  • Grounded in the essentials

  • Patient and non-argumentative

  • Able to avoid sectarian debates

  • Committed to consistent contact

Time Commitment

1–2 hours per week (or more if you have capacity)
Mentorship starts online, with an optional path to in-person meet-ups for real-life connection.
